great beach proximity and nearby parks for city strolls

the hotel had a beautiful pool area and was just a short stroll across the street to the soft sandy beach.

Location within 2 miles of san antonio beach. Close to a bus stop.

The restaurant was nice for lunch or dinner, we ordered healthy dishes. It was in a Spanish building with lovely view over looking the pool and out to sea.

The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the nearby golf courses, especially the Isla Canela Golf Club just a short drive away. The daily activities and evening entertainment kept us entertained, and dining outdoors made our meals relaxing and enjoyable.

the breakfast with the snack and fruit, for example was great, had so much to choose from. the location was stunning, relatively near playa alta. to be honest i loved how amicable the staff is, would like to come again.

Cleanliness needs improvement!!! Rooms have subpar cleaning standards with hair and sand everywhere, and the shower gels are not consistently provided. Don't get me started on the surprise charges for safe rentals and missing amenities!!!

Nice resort, we were only one night. Located directly on the beach. Very comfortable bed and nice room. Good breakfast, rich, something for everyone and freshly cooked.

I hated the hotel because it was filthy. I even made a complaint because my 2 years Child went To the children park and i saw a death Mouse at least with too days corpse glued at The riding toy. Very very bad i dont recomend To anybody clean. The buffet was even worst bad food and filthy too The worst hotel i ever been.

For a smooth breakfast experience, arrive early as there's a signing process for entry, which can lead to queues.

A meia noite nao se passa nada nem no hotel nem ao pe do hotel. Quartos antigos. Comida muito fraca para o que se paga.

Hotel complex very nice, but for us unfortunately a much too big hotel. In the pictures it looked a little smaller. We have heard people from about 230 rooms. It is a pity that we could not read this anywhere, how many rooms the hotel had.

The restaurant was terrible, one was meant to sit in a station concourse. It was really loud, none at all. Cozy. The tables to the neighbor stand close together. Luckily one could have breakfast outside, but unfortunately not for dinner.

Consider booking themed buffet nights early, as the restaurant gets quite busy during peak hours, making availability for your preferred dining time tricky.

Location is just by the ocean, the beach is not crowded at all. Inside the hotel territory is very nice and pretty, with big swimming pool and entertainment. We really enjoyed out stay, would come back.

I didn't like that most of the stuff didn't really speak English - except at the reception, of course. And if you're dining outside the hotel you'd also need a car to get to the nearest village with lots of restaurants and some shops, otherwise at Isla Canela you can find just few places. But these are small things comparing to how much we enjoyed our stay, would definitely recommend it.

Family suitable room, nice location, mostly very nice staff.

Hidden extra costs for parking and safe. Buffets are low in variety and of rather mediocre quality.
